Shipping

Where does E.L.K. America ship to?

· Street addresses, P.O. Boxes

· All 50 states and all U.S. territories

· We do ship internationally at this time, but additional shipping costs will apply 


How much will it cost to ship my order?

Standard UPS shipping rates apply depending on the weight of your order. 


When will my order be shipped?

We process and orders as soon as possible, depending on order volume. If an order is placed Monday through Friday, your items will likely be shipped within 48 hours. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be shipped the following business day.

When will my order be delivered?

Since our orders are shipped via UPS Ground, delivery is guaranteed within 7-10 business days to most locations. It may be sooner depending on proximity to our warehouse, which is in Little Ferry, NJ (These conditions only apply to non-expedited UPS service).


How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, we will send you an email contacting your tracking information. You may use the UPS tracking tool to see the status of the package.


Can I change my order after I place it? 

Once you place an order, we process it right away so that it can be shipped as soon as possible. Therefore, existing orders cannot be changed online.  If you would like to add items to your order, you may contact us at customercare@elandkids.com.  We will reply to you to discuss your options depending on how far along the order is.

Return and Exchanges

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, and if the merchandise is in its original condition, including packaging and tags, return it for an exchange or refund. The original receipt is required for all exchanges and returns. E.L.K. America will refund the item based on the original form of payment

You are responsible for all return shipping costs for any return/exchange made online. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.  Please note that fees may vary depending on your method of return.  Please contact customercare@elandkids.com for specific details. Any fees that we acquire while making a return will be deducted from your refund.

Instructions:

-Complete the Return/Exchange Form included in your package [including Quantity Returned and Reason Code found on the reverse side of your packing slip].

- Select a trackable mail service.  We are not responsible for packages we do not receive.

-Please allow 2 weeks after your refund has been approved for your funds to post on your account.  We credit original form of payment, unless otherwise specified.

-Unfortunately we cannot refund original or return shipping fees.  If E.L.K. America is responsible for an order error, we will credit your method of payment for the cost of return shipping.

 

All returns and exchanges must conform to the guidelines of our return policy.  Elandkids.com reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

 

If I see something I really like, but it’s out of stock, how will I know when it comes back?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders for online purchases.


Will I be charged immediately after I place an order?

We will only charge you when your order ships out. This is so we can ensure all the requested products are available and fit for purchase.

 

Registering and My Account

Is it necessary to make an account before ordering?

We have guest checkout for your convenience, and at no point are you obligated to register for an E.L.K. America account. An account can be made at any time, but is by no means necessary!


Why should I consider registering for an E.L.K. America account?

Registering makes it easier for you to make purchases with us in the future; we will remember your information so that you don’t have to enter it again. To make things quick and easy, we’ll have your billing and shipping addresses on file in addition to giving you access to your order history and letting you tweak your email preferences.
